I ordered a new boiler with flue and some TRVs. While speaking to my plumber, he added some more items that needed to be ordered. I called PlumbTraders customer services and asked if these items could be added to the existing order which was being dispatched the next day. The lady took my number and said she'll call back. Surprisingly she did and confirmed it will be going out with the existing order. As well as having a very good experience with the ordering process and their customer services, they also happened to be the cheapest on the majority of item I ordered. I will be using them for my dad's place and without hesitation would recommend them to others.

Ordered a boiler on the Monday afternoon. Item was delivered on the Wednesday by a local supplier for plumb traders.

Item was delivered very quickly and the customer service I received over the phone post delivery was also very good too.

ordered a gas fire from Plumbase, good price and speedy delivery. Unfortunately fire was damaged when it arrived. Plum base staff could not have been more helpful and courteous in arranging a replacement in double quick time. I would certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
