I called to request an ETA of my item and I was told the driver would call me half an hour before. Of which he did. All in all a trouble free online shopping experience. Very friendly and efficient. I would recommend my friends to order new boiler and they have good packages that comes cheaper than buying pc by pc. Trouble free. I have installed 2 boilers from them within 14 months for my family. After sale service is fine. AT least they listened to you and not passing you from one to another.
