"Disappointing (functions of the free theme not available)"

I've started using the VW Writer Blog Free theme. I made a page with all posts looking like I want (animations and other options worked fine). The only thing I couldn't do was change the colors within the theme. So I bought the PRO version. Now I could not set up the page as I did in the free theme (the options I have in the Free are not existing (confirmed by the makers)), the look of the posts can not be adapted as in the free version (also confirmed by the makers). So what I ended up with a theme with a lot of options, but which not include the options of the free theme! So I feel MISLEAD!

Super service. Ik kreeg de template niet geïnstalleerd ivm te weinig toegewezen ruimte op mijn server. Ik kreeg het ook niet voor elkaar dit juist in te stellen. Vwthemes heeft het nu voor me overgenomen en stelt alles juist voor me in en upload het thema op de juiste manier. Dit zonder extra kosten. Hele goede service!

I have never had worse support in my life, and I paid for the theme and had a problem with the license and customize, but there was no sign of them, after that they only saw that they were solving the problem for two months. A disaster

I've renewed my registration couple of days ago;
I've downloaded new / updated template and start to install 2 of them.

One is not really started ( big delay with a blue dot animation and so freezing other one is far from what it must look like in a previsualisation mode in you website..
other small point:
the day after I've renewed, I receive an advertizing from your side .. for a bigger discount if .. I renew ..
