As a novice, the theme was very easy to install and use. After designing it gave the professional (expensive) look and feel I was going for. The support team has always been available to help when needed.

"Forget the Pro Version"

Forget the Pro Version! And forget them too!
I started to build a website using the free version to see what it looked like.
The free version is very basic and has nothing compared to the preview you can see before installing it.
I decided to purchase the Pro version to unlock all the functionalities.
After purchasing, downloading and installing the Pro version, nothing worked and I didn't stop to get an error message.
I also noticed that all that I did with the free version was for nothing because everything needs to be redesigned again with the Pro version.
I contacted the technical support but like I didn't get any answer, I decided to file a complaint with PayPal. Then they answered but it was too late. I bought a new theme from another supplier which worked immediately.
With this new theme from another supplier, I needed some small modifications and help, and they replied immediately, adding the modifications I asked for.

Save your money and don't waist your time with VWThemes!
