The sales visit was concise, clear and provided all the information requested and details of the options available, resulting in a quotation for the supply and installation of the Water Softener of our choice. Following on, a date was agreed for the installation and this was conducted by a very competent engineer.Conducting the installation with minimal fuss and intrusion.

We used this company recently when our water softener began giving us issues.
Regeneration taking hours and wasting gallons of water. They attended promptly and diagnosed the issue. They explained the options and cost implications. We chose to have the softener refurbished. They completed this very quickly and at the price they quoted.
Staff were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
I would not hesitate to use them again.
