"I was so skeptical on this"

I was so skeptical on this. But now I am totally in love. I’ve gotten some really great items – more than I thought I would. I had an issue that I caused myself when trying to connect it to my Facebook, but their customer service was stellar And got me on track. I am actually thinking about signing up for a second account.

"I was very dissapointed"

I was very dissapointed. First, it was difficult to set up and I spent almost an hour on the phone and on chat to try to set it up. Then it caused Amazon to change my password. First 2 weeks, no packages. So they gave me a 4 full weeks. During that time got 3 things. A mug, a ceiling fan that only works in screw in light bulbs and a baking mat of crappy quality. They offered me not a full refund but 7/10th of what I paid and expected me to pay $49 the next month. They asked for one more day to make it right, and they could not. So I cancelled.

"NOT guaranteed ten"

The products received are not terrible. The items are completely random. I've gotten pot and pans set, air purifier, then it has gone down to heel protectors and a sleep mask. For me the issue is not in the items but, in the quantity. I've had a subscription for 4-5 months. I have only received 20 items in total. When they tell you it will be 10+ a month. They do compensate on the next billing cycle to attempt to accommodate what you didn't get. I just think if it is "guarantee 10+" it actually needs to be held up to those standards. I also think the credit for next billing needs to be better in the event they don't fulfill the 10+. If people are only getting a couple items a month, then the credit should really be up to par with the items missing. Overall, customer service is good. Items are okay. Just disappointing to expect to get 10 a month and haven't came close.

"Update after three months of use"

Update after three months of use. Although you can received some good deals it is not worth it. The AI will put orders in for the same product multiple times. When you cancel the orders Amazon thinks you are misusing the service and will close your account without warning. Also the freebie flow site disconnects from your Amazon account without notice resulting in discontinuing the service until you reconnect. The first two months had no issues except multiple duplication of products. Customer service advise canceling them but this resulted in an Amazon account closure. So unhappy.

"It’s worth it"

After receiving products I feel confident leaving an excellent review. I received items I wanted but didn’t think I could afford and I’ve been playing with the settings to get excellent items to share with my friends and family. If I don’t want it I just cancel the order and there’s no issues. I’ve been very skeptical about what this was and what I can afford but I’m really glad I have this subscription and I think it’s worth the $49 a month, plus items.

When I first signed up I asked for a refund because I was having trouble connecting my account to Amazon but Gigi helped with screen share on my phone and literally stayed on with me while I copied and pasted the authentication code to get it working. Thankfully, it’s worked great ever since and I refresh the webpage every half hour to see the deals I got. So far I’ve received all new bedding and rugs, a power washer, jewelry, a dress that’s .97 instead of $32, a new purse but I cancelled 3 purses I didn’t want and picked my favorite. I also have so many other items set to be delivered on my prime day so it won’t overwhelm the delivery drivers.
