My experience with customer service was great. Neil inspired me to write a review, which is something that I hardly do, but he was very knowledgeable patient and went above and beyond to help me get things just right to maximize my “Freebies”. I would recommend to everyone that you try this.

"Think Twice Before Joining Freebie Flow: My Nightmare Experience"
If you’re considering Freebie Flow, let me stop you right there. This company has been an utter disappointment, riddled with empty promises and shady practices. From day one, the service has failed to deliver on anything it claims. Not once have I received the 10+ free items they “guarantee.” Every time an item was supposed to ship, it would mysteriously get canceled—convenient, right?
To make matters worse, they’ve recently changed their policy so they no longer guarantee those 10+ items per month. So unless you’re reading every word of the fine print (and even then, good luck), you’re in for a rude awakening.
Thinking I might be doing something wrong, I followed their advice and added a teen account to increase my chances of receiving items. Guess what? The teen account kept disconnecting from Freebie Flow. I tried creating another account since I had paid for two slots, and the same thing happened. Frustrated beyond belief, I requested a refund. Of course, they gave me the runaround until my subscription “coincidentally” ended—conveniently making me ineligible for a refund.
Adding insult to injury, their so-called “solution” to getting more items is telling you to change your preferences to 80% and spend up to $8. Excuse me? I didn’t sign up to spend more money—I signed up to receive the 10+ free gifts per month they promised. And guess what? I still never received a single one.
Freebie Flow is a classic case of false advertising and zero accountability. They’re quick to take your money but offer nothing in return except frustration. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this company at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend Freebie Flow to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a trustworthy service.

Thank you, Kella, for helping me get signed up. I'll be honest, I was about to give up trying to get the 2step verification set up. I contacted support through the chat, and Kella was able to walk me through each step on Zoom. BTW, if you are looking for where to enter the discount code when you sign up, look on the click down of summery of one of those before you click sign up. I've watched 2 of my friends get incredible hauls, looking forward to my own now. Skip the frustration, go straight to Customer Service to help you get a email address added!
