Customer service was amazing with FreebieFlow. I was having such a hard time getting my account connected to my Amazon account and Gigi was so patient and stayed with me the whole time, checking in. And it took a while. We finally got it connected and I see I already have a package coming. That was Friday and it’s due to be delivered Monday. So excited to see what else this service has in store. I signed up with another service that was more expensive and didn’t receive a thing 2 weeks later, so I am glad someone suggested Freebie. It’s also great to get a “person” and not a chat bot that responds with answers that aren’t appropriate to your question. Please keep your customer service with people and not AI bots.

I purchased the app and thought it would be a great experience . I got very frustrated trying to get it set up. I reached out to Gigi after noticing she had made several attempts to reach me. I'm so grateful she did because I thought I'd purchased an app for nothing, considering I could not set it up. Thanks again & I would rate her 10 out of 10. She had all the answers & was very patient with me as I am just learning how to navigate my smart phone.

"New customer, hard time getting started."
I was having a hard time getting started with the app. I wanted to quit several times but when I wrote Gigi and the staff about my frustrations not 1 ,2 or 3 but 4 times they tried and help me with step by step instructions. Finally the last time I was going to give up , I received a nice message from Gigi asking if I could take a call.
Long story after over 30 minutes on a video call, Gigi and her patience (lol) got me up and running. Already I am a fan of these guys.They went the extra mile to get me started. Thank you guys for helping me. In return I hope to be a long time customer.
