"Poor response to issues!"
I have been a client for a couple of years. Now all of a sudden my account Portal states my system is not being monitored. I cant start the software up on my pc - the whole program dead. The customer service is not addressing the issue and apart from a mail to say they received my email....NOTHING.
My subscription is paid through Pay Pal so if if i don't hear anything positive i shall cancel. To be honest, this is poor response from a company who in the past have had great reviews.

"Unacceptable Customer Service and Unsubscribe Issues"
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided by this company—or rather, the lack of it. We have attempted to unsubscribe multiple times, but there has been no response. It is concerning that there is no contact number available on the company’s website, and the phone number listed on Trustpilot is invalid. Additionally, the process to unsubscribe is effectively impossible.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company until these issues are addressed.

Updated or should I say upgraded the SOLVE IQ program? Really ?!?! with no notification and now the monthly fee has doubled. What gives? What a shame. This program and the support I used to get literally 24/7 has disappeared and now I was forced to uninstall the old program and re-install the new one with no notice not even an email to inform of new changes and new increased monthly fee. Very upsetting. Not only that but, I am being charged twice for the month of September 2024 and can't get support to at least refund the extra charge.

Company has regressed from being reputable. No customer support either from the telephone or via email. The only thing they seem to be efficient at is collecting a monthly fee

I've sent multiple emails and made more than two dozen calls trying to get help for an issue I'm having. Two weeks has passed and nothing. These people used to be good and I was happy but it seems like they might just be cashing checks and taking naps.

I cannot get anyone to address my problem. I'm sure Kyle will answer this review and say they've answered my emails. However, they're not helping me fix the issue. Every time I log in, it asks me to renew my subscription, which I've already done. I don't want to be charged a second time. KYLE-can you refund me my money and make sure I'm no longer charged?

I have not been able to get in contact with Solve IQ. There telephone numbers are out of services or disconnected and they don't respond back to your e-mails. Is Solve IQ the same as Driver Support One. Solve IQ used to have a chat option and able to get a hold of a tech. All three telephone numbers are out of service or disconnected. How do I get a hold of this company and talk to a real person rather than a bot in a chat window under Driver Support One as Solve IQ doesn't have a chat option at this time. I am paying for a service that I cannot use. I used to really like the Service of Solve IQ until recently, not being able to connect with a tech. If anyone has any information on how to get in touch with a human representative, please provide this information. I don't want to delete Solve IQ and then download Driver Support One if this is going to be the same issues.

"Your customer service is the worst"
I have had SolveIIQ for over a year. Loved the convenience the professional tech people. On my account I have 24 hour telephone service. I cannot reach a person on the phone. I tried logging in and "chatting" with someone and still was not able to get in. I am 66 years old I don't want to learn someone elses job. Your customer service has gone downhill. Please cancel my account as of today. Thank you.

I have been charged money without ever having had an account with you. I have no idea how you got hold of my account details. Since I don't have service, I can't log in and end and I don't dare call. Reported to my bank.

They will not cancel your account without removing the software, even if the PC is no longer running. It is a deceptive business model, hoping that you will just keep paying.
