Stayed at the hotel for 1 night with a few friends.We all found the rooms very comfortable and clean. The location was very handy for visiting the old town and a great location for the festival theatre. Breakfast at £10 a head was great value for money and very nice. Staff were all very helpful and polite. As we go through to Edinburgh a few times a year I would check for availability here before looking anywhere else.

Was a bit worried after reading some reviews for this hotel as they was not all good. However, we found this a lovely clean, friendly hotel to stay at.
