How are you?
I would like to cancel the order ids
ST201903484126, ST201903696807, ST201903624173 and ST201903392653 which are within the free cancel period. However, I have pressed the cancel button in websites but in vain. Please help me to free cancel.
The cancellation of order id ST201903696807 will be expired soon and the action should be quick. Moreover, I left several messages in elvoline website a week ago and called support +352 27 86 04 68 but no one answered. Please help to cancel them for me, please. Thank you very much.

KONKURS?!. Keine Antwort auf Emails. Telefonate sind automatisiert und am Ende wird immer auf „kontaktieren Sie uns per Email“ verwiesen. Kostenlose Stornierungsmöglichkeit während der erlaubten Frist funktioniert nicht mehr.

I've had no response to emails asking for a booking to be changed - sent two and hotel sent one over a period of 2-3 months . unable to reach on an Australian listed phone number AND then you send me a request to rate your service. This has literally cost me $100s of dollars in having to re-book, and I cant understand how you can get it so wrong.

I tried to cancel my night on many occasions - phone, email, online cancellation form and no one ever replied. I now need to claim through my credit card to get the money back.
Steer clear of Elvoline.com at all costs.
