I have tried multiple times by telephone, email, website contact form to contact you to change my reservation date. Initially I purported to do this in June at which time I did speak with someone in a call centre. My understanding was the date was effectively changed. I then discovered on calling the Henry Jones directly in September that the change had not been made. I have since attempted at least 12 times to contact Elvoline to effect the change in date. Again this was at least 12 attempts by multiple modalities and I NEVER received a reply back. The Henry Jones after numerous calls, have been kind enough to honour the change after they attempted to contact your third party booking agent (Outback Travel). I will NEVER again book with Elvoline. It was an appalling experience. Now I am contacted for this review after the supposed booking has occurred on the original date. A ridiculously inept and incompetent and I feel fraudulent business. DO NOT BOOK through this farce of a service.

The hotel De lite on Mykonos was exactly that a delight with just the right mixture of relaxation and attention. The staff are there to attend to your every need friendly and informal making you feel welcome and comfortable. A great find for a complete escape.

Пользуюсь услугами Elvoline с 2017 года. 22 сентября 2019 года вернулся домой,в Санкт-Петербург, из Хургады.Отель бронировал в Elvoline ещё феврале 2019 года.Все было оперативно и качественно.Почему же тогда "4",а не "5"? В последний момент перед вылетом возникли вопросы по отелю и трансферу (отправил 02.09 и 05.09.2019. в Центр поддержки Elvoline запросы).Но,к сожалению,ответов по-существу я не получил.Были автоматически сгенерированные "послания".

I read before paying that we were going to pay in the entrance of the hotel. But they chage the full since the day i made the reservation. So not so happy about paying the first month 1000 usd. Be ause i was thinking i was going to oay 5 months later. But overall, no problems with the process.

"Do not book with Elvoline!!!"
We booked 2 hotel rooms at the Golden Tulip in Cayo Santa Maria, Cuba. It was supposed to be the highlight of our holiday! Instead, it was a complete disaster. On our very first night there, I wrote an email to Elvoline making our recamations and that was on the 11th of August, until now I havent got any response. You cannont simply sell an all inclusive 5 Stars hotel, when in fact it didnt even reach the 3 Stars, and we had to buy all the drinks because at the hotel there were only beer and water (from the tap) available. We didnt get the rooms we paid for, there was just one restaurant open at the hotel with very poor quality and just a few options. The hotel was really dirty and the rooms were also dirty and stinky. I gave Elvoline the option to change us to another Hotel. Elvoline didnt give me a solution to this problem. So we were stucked in this hotel for 4 days with my 4 year old daughter in the Cuban Summer!!! Unacceptable.
