The suit fit perfectly out of the box. I am excited to wear it. Material is amazing.

"Horrible experience, not as advertised"

This product is not as advertised in anyway. I saw the ads and decided to take the leap based primarily on the 30-day return policy.
1.) I ordered the suit 4 weeks before a wedding I needed to attend, which should fit their wait times, but the suit did not arrive in time and took an extra week.
2.) The suit fit horribly. I am able to buy most clothes off the rack so I expected it to not be a big deal.
3.) I initiated the return online and had to wait two days to get the form to send in the faulty suit. I returned the suit about 10 days later and they claimed that I did not return it in the 30-day window. With most purchases I make, the return must be started within the necessary window, not the completed shipping of the product back to the manufacturer. Their policy apparently is 30 days from the delivery (a week later than advertised) of the product (a poor-fitting suit).

They suggested I get a tailor to make the necessary adjustments. Let me say that again, the suit company that claims to be able to design a custom suit based on a survey told me to get a tailor to fix their bad product.

So in summary, bad product, bad customer service, and I suggest everyone stays away from this horrible product.

Amazing suit! Breathable, works both in casual and formal settings, and easy to maintain. I'm used to buying bespoke suits, so I know how arduous the process can be, but the people at Sene make your custom fitting experience as hassle free as possible. Only needed one re-tailoring to perfect the suit and that was just for sleeve length and shoulder width. Will definitely be buying another suit again soon!

I was anxious as all my suits are custom and the sene approach is novel and uses limited measurements. I was impressed with the suit and shirt that arrived for a first fit status. This was when Sene shined and we quickly responded to the fit improvements required, remade the suit and delivered a quality cut suit. I whole heartily recommend Sene because they stayed responsive until I was completely satisfied.

From the fit to the fabric choices, Sene is a top notch choice for folks who appreciate a good fit! I have purchased a number of items from Sene in the last year including a pair of Tech chinos, Air Jeans and two shirts. The chinos fit perfectly outside of the box on the first try. The jeans required a second attempt, which Sene completed with no hassle.

Sene is a great alternative for folks who have struggled to find their fit in traditional box stores. For me, short and boxy, Lulu ABCs had the right fabric but I could not find a fit to match my frame. Sene brings the same Japanese technical fabrics with a custom approach that is tailored to me. As a business traveler, this combo of tech and fit is utmost essential.

Start to finish, Sene has been amazing. I had a few pieces previously but this was my first true custom round. Suit and a couple of shirts. The suit we perfect right out of the box. The shirt needed to be redone, which they did so well. It's amazing how well things fit despite never interacting in person. With that said, every customer service interaction was quick, friendly, professional and all promises kept. Highly recommend!

I live in Miami and decide a few years back I was taking suits out of my closet. From someone who loved wearing suits it was a hard decision. The decision was due to the weather. As a realtor I spend a lot of time driving and outside. Showing up hot and wrinkled was not a good look. Found Sene Studios and received my first suit a few weeks ago. The sizing process and customer service is awesome. The suit did come a little big. They offered to send it back or have a local tailor fix it. I went with the latter and was given a credit. Needless to say after wearing it once I placed an order for an additional suit. If you like suits but not the wrinkled feeling, the dry cleaning, and maintenance this is perfect.

Wow! Great suit and process. I’m a fit guy and have always bought made-to-measure suits. I decided to try Sene because of the performance material. I am more than satisfied with the suit I received. I only needed one “back and forth” with Sene to lock in the tweaks (which I super reasonable… usually a made-to-measure suit takes more than one “back and forth” with the tailor). The quality is great. The fabric is fantastic (super comfortable). The fit is dialed-in for me. Love it… have already bought my second suit.
