I placed an order for 2 pier caps and wall coping. Stonecrete Direct had 3-4 week lead time whereas everywhere else it was over 8 weeks. Their pricing is also very competitive. Unfortunately when I received the items a few of them were damaged in transit. Contacted customer support and they got back to me the next day with an offer of a replacement or 50% refund. The replacement wall coping and pier cap arrive tomorrow. Would definitely recommend!

I was confused by delivery details which indicated delivery in maybe 2 months! The actual delivery was speedy and well packaged. The stone slabs are excellent. I found the office staff, helpful, conscientious and thorough. One delivery was missed but the second attempt was by the most helpful driver imaginable.
