I ordered a half circle patio which was due to be delivered yesterday. It arrived at the appointed time. Unfortunately, the driver needed a battery pack to operate the hydraulic jack but didn't have one so the pallet remained on the lorry. The delivery company are yet to contact me to reschedule!! Not impressed with this delivery service and cannot review the product other than to say ordering was easy.

The buying experience and customer service from Stonecrete has been superb at every turn. The website is clearly laid out and easy to use and prices are competitive. Once I'd placed the order, I received a call very shortly afterwards from Damon, pointing out that I had ordered stone of two different textures and colours and checking that that was what I'd intended. He suggested I order some samples just to make sure and put the order on hold until I confirmed. Once confirmed, the materials arrived sooner than expected and delivery was arranged and executed smoothly by the courier company.
The whole experience so far has been superb. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Decided to change my order at the last minute, and despite it having already been made up, the company was more than prepared to amend and potentially delay delivery. However they managed to keep the original delivery schedule (which was a 2 -day turnaround) and delivered on original schedule - packaging was excellent and delivery to the door. They phoned to check out delivery preferences.
Communications, ordering and invoicing were excellent and the overall experience was laudible
