Products are of great quality. Delivery company are complete useless, chipped one of the coping stones by lifting the pallet on its side to fit in my front garden instead of walking the pallet with 2x 9 inch coping stones round the back of my house to garage. Delivery costs are way too expensive for such a crap service.

Requested and paid for express delivery (next day) but express delivery
instruction did not get passed to Courier. Knowing delivery was not going to happen on the day required (builders were lined up to lay patio) spoke the following morning to Stonecraft to establish time of delivery on the revised day of delivery. Feedback was that they could not confirm - i tracked down the courier 5 minutes later. spoke to their scheduler who confirmed delivery time. Poor management of Logistics form Stonecraft - If i can find the answer then Stonecraft should have been able to do same particularly as they caused the problem. Not great but really pleased with product.
