From the first call with Rachel I knew it was right for me. My worries instantly went away even before starting the 6 weeks fat loss program. Great feedback on training videos with helpful tips and tweaks to help me get the most out of my exercises. On week 5 now and loosing lb’s every week, strength is on the up and starting to see visual changes now. Will definitely be signing up after the 6 weeks program finishes and I’m really excited to see what we can do together.

I have just completed a block of 1-1 coaching with Rachel a few years since she started me on my fitness journey and after a period of going it alone I felt I needed some support and guidance on what I had built on. I signed up for 2 months and ended up doing 9 months which says a lot about the quality of coaching I received. I learnt so much during this time and was fully supported to achieve my goals of improving in the gym and developing my confidence. This spilled over into every other aspect of my life and I have found it a truly transformative experience.
