I have given 3 stars because of excellent customer service. However, the product they replaced 3 times was unfit for purpose

Order was cancelled as it could not be fulfilled. Alternatives were offered but at a cost to me. This all took 4 days. Im not sure you should base your business selling goods you dont actually have in stock , in the hope that one becomes available. At least if you plan to operate using this model, if the stock is not availble the original order should be at least cancelled immediately or upgraded for free

"Sudden cancellation of order by Refurbo"

Order was suddenly cancelled about 4 days after the order had been accepted and payment taken. Full refund was stated in the cancellation with reasoning that they were now out of stock and did not know when this would change. I don’t agree with accepting order and taking money of customers if order is unable to be fulfilled. I an however grateful that they let me know within 1 week although this has meant that the alternative option is also not available putting a delay on my business activities.
