Received Refurb. HP Probook 6565b on Monday 12/08/19 . realised on Tuesday charger not working .Phoned on Wednesday to inform them . Received replacement free of charge next day , Thursday in the post . Excellent customer service .p.s. Laptop working great , looks like new .
