- Business Development Manager was not familiar with their package details. Provided incorrect information and only said 'mistakes happen!'.
- Tracking of a vehicle can only show on the map as different arrows indicating the directions of the vehicle travelled. If the vehicle went round several times in an area within a short period of time, you can only see a lot of different arrows on the map and you can not figure it out where the vehicle went exactly.
- A vehicle reg (CN18LKU) could be registered on Ram Assist for some reason. Reported it a few weeks ago but still not fixed!!
Very disappointed on their products, functions as well as customer service.
