Aero tickets sent me a quote for some tickets pending information from my children's school before confirming. They asked for a deposit which was paid to reserve whilst awaiting confirmation from the school which the agent knew about.

I could not progress with the trip and this information was shared with them immediately. A refund was requested then everything changed. Fred who originally was the supporting agent told me the tickets had already been issued. How can the tickets be issued when i have not accepted the contract and they only have a deposit.
The contract sent via email notes
"We need a confirmation reply as an approval that you agree with all above clauses and you are authorizing us to issue your tickets".
This was not authorised so why Aero tickets dishonestly issue tickets without a contract?

Fred told me the call was recorded and i asked for a copy of the recording. This was never sent.

I asked to have this escalated to a manager to resolve and was passed on to Adam who also confirmed the tickets had been issued which was upsetting to hear as i had not responded to the email giving the go ahead to issue. Very bad practice.

Adam resolved to getting the airline to refund the deposit which would be refunded to me within 24-48 hours. It's over 48 hours with no refund. I have tried calling and was initially told he would return my call; further follow up calls a number of times and no one picks the phone up with no opportunity to leave a message.
I will definitely be referring this to Trading Standards.

A friend of mine referred me to Aero tickets and l was sceptical at first because l couldn’t believe there was a travel agency out there that allows you to pay for your ticket in instalments.

I met Ken who has been an absolute star and a joy to work with. He was relentless in helping me find the right flight even when l wasn’t sure what l really wanted. Thank you Ken, for your patience, professionalism and understanding. I recommend Ken highly and also Aero tickets for the great service they provide.

I shall be using them every time l need a flight.
