From First contact to delivery, these guys were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
Ryan took our order and answered all our questions, we paid our deposit and received an invoice and all the information via email straight away. We were kept upto date about our delivery date, and paid the full balance a few weeks prior to delivery, again we received a confirmation email.
The tub arrived on the day we had been given, the two guys that installed it were again very polite, professional and advised us further. We love our hot tub, well designed, easy to use and looks fantastic.
We would have no problem recommending Ryan and the team.

Typically for us we received the one that wasn’t working!

We knew this would be the case as the purchasing and delivery went way too smoothly! I asked so many questions to Ryan before even knowing what we wanted and he answered every single one of them super fast and gave a great deal of helpful information to support each one.

Delivery was as smooth as. They hauled it in, wired it up and left whilst the tub was filling. Easy as we thought?! Until 4 hours later and it was still as cold as it was when we pumped the water in. However as always one message and we were on the phone to Ryan who tirelessly went through everything he could to fix it on the spot. Still struggling at 8.30 at night, he came back as promised the next day, with more ways to try and fix the very expensive paddling pool. An engineer was on their way but Ryan wanted it fixed quicker! Remarkably something as silly as a little cable that had become loose in transit it was fixed. Ryan was honest throughout and kept us informed all the way, even with the restrictions he was under with COVID and people not at work.

We couldn’t have asked for more…. Despite the tiny issue, our hot tub purchase was supurb from start to end with honest dates and fantastic phone support. We now sit in our hot tub enjoying every second. I would have no worries at all doing business with Escape Hot tubs again and I am super happy with the end result - Thank you!
