Excellent service all round.Ryan and Chris have been soo supportive as being on my own,i needed that reasssurance that i was doing the correct things etc.Just simple things really,however,one of the guys would be there with either a phone call or a txt. Couldn’t rate Escape hot tubs enough! helped me choose the right hot tub for the right budget, explained everything in detail about the control system and different pump setups then even sent me all of the technical specification for my electrician beforehand....
The installation went without a hitch THROUGH MY NEIGHBOURS GARDEN AND FENCE (with their permission of course)! Nothing was too much to ask, they connected then filled the tub and explained everything to me about how it worked and chemical usage too.
Our Swanboro hot tub is an absolute dream to use and so happy that Chris and Ryan helped me choose this one!

It’s nice to know that there are still companies out there that still offer good reliable service. Ryan was honest and very helpful throughout the ordering process by keeping us informed at all times. The fitting team were polite, helpful, and more importantly, turned up on time.
We are delighted with our new hot tub and would highly recommend Escape Hot Tubs.
