"Complaint impossible"

On 19th October I ordered a battery carrier, which was defective shortly afterwards. On 27th November I complained about the item and sent a video of the defect to Vapevo, but unfortunately I didn't receive a response.
On 18th December I sent another request, which was also not answered.
On 1st January I also sent a request via the website, but up to now I have not received any response.

One star is for the quality of the flavors and another one for the fast shipping.
