I didn't receive the product and they are not answering to the mails sent via website.. is this a scam?? anybody knows how to contact them?

Ordinate due FUMOT RandM Tornado 15000, esperienza pessima, ho inviato una email per il cambio indirizzo prima che l'ordine partisse e non mi hanno mai risposto, mi sono arrangiato recuperando comunque il pacco all'indirizzo sbagliato, ma non è tutto, una delle due pod è arrivata con batteria allo 0% e non si ricarica, in pratica completamente non funzionante, l'altra invece per fortuna funziona, soldi buttati, ovviamente se non hanno risposto alla mail del cambio indirizzo figuriamoci avere un rimborso da questi truffatori
