"Poor service and poor quality"
Ordered 4 Stanley duraglide roller assemblies. They arrived in a timely manner and the price was on the high side but fair enough. The rollers were installed and failed less then 2 months later. I have emailed them 5 different times with photos and a copy of the order. NO REPLIES FROM THEM. No phone number to contact.
Stay away from this place unless you want to waste money and get no warranty or customer service.

I would give no stars but that is not an option. We ordered a door opener after sending in photos and speaking with the sales team. WELL... after paying $600 for two day air on 12/22/2020 and receiving the opener on 1/14/2021,22 days late. They should have refunded the shipping. Contacted customer service and guess what... SORRY not our fault "You ordered it... Your stuck with it". NO REFUND. What good is having a sales representative if the burden is placed on the customer. I will be going to the BBB as having the wrong part is one thing but charging for second day air and getting it 22 days later is not acceptable. Customer service should recognize this if nothing else.

"Ghosting by Customer Service?"
I ordered a $197 belt for a Tormax automatic entry door. The belt was described as the belt made for the door model we have. Well, the belt is not the right belt. Sales did respond to my email about the situation saying no to my refund request. My request to customer service was not answered. There is no phone number to call on their web site. If you need a PJ660/260J EL, let me know.

Finding repair/replacement parts for anything is a challenge; after a net search for weather strip on a 30 year old storm windows I stumbled on ADH... having only a weathered sample, my questions to their customer service got immediate replies and a recommendation, a novel experience for most suppliers.
The ordering process was quick and the 1100 feet roll of stripping arrived the next day... didn't expect that and thankful for the service.
