On contacting Execpets Darren was prompt with his quotation and I found him to be reliable and very pleasant from start to finish. He put my pets welfare first and he genuinely loves the animals. Darren organised very comfortable hotels for us and his vehicle is in tip top shape which made our very long journey of 25 most comfortable. I would definitely recommend his service. I can’t thank Darren enough for the help he gave us!

After being left in Czech Republic with our dog and loads of baggage, we had lost hope of getting to the UK as we thought we had ran out of options.

After speaking with Darren on the phone he went out of his way to help us. Kept me updated the whole time and even helped make sure I had the right documents ( it was our first time bringing our dog to the UK)

When we were picked up we received 10/10 service throughout the whole process of checking our dog in to arriving home. I cannot recommend enough if you need any travel arrangements this is the place to go!

Booked Darren for a Pet taxi. Trip arranged from Shanghai Pudong to Amsterdam. All booked and ready to go! Amsterdam to Chester, United Kingdom! - Disaster struck! Flight cancelled. I had to rearrange another flight from Shanghai to Paris. I truly worried about the consequences of this cancellation and the effect it would have on Darren being able to pick me up and my two cats! - But no trouble, Darren changed his route and picked me up exactly on time from the new destination Paris! - The whole process of booking animals in across the border was smooth as Darren explained exactly what to do! Most importantly the cats were comfortable, as relaxed as they could be in the temperature controlled Mercedes. We enjoyed flexitime Eurostar treatment (including flexible boarding time and a massive bag full of snacks!) - I will be booking Darren again. I am due to travel in the summer with other animals and will wholeheartedly book Darren! - if you need reliable, friendly and comfortable transport for your pets then choose Execpets!

"Professional and friendly service with pet as the top priority."

Darren provides a very professional and very friendly service. The most thing with our trip was that our dog was able to sit with us on the car seats and not in a crate which we really appreciated. Breaks for stretching ours and our pets legs or to stop for food and drinks were never too much trouble. Accommodation arranged were all pet friendly which too the stress away of being able to have our dog with us over night. The transport vehicle was very good and Darren takes care of the vehicle and no expense was spare in the comfort of the journey. We would highly recommend Darren as the pet is considered top priority which was also our main priority and will if required definitely use Darren§s services again

Travelled for three days with Darren from Manchester to the Algarve . At all times he was polite and considerate a real gentleman. My pet spaniel and I arrived safely after some hideous driving conditions. I can thoroughly recommend Exec-pets.

Really excellent service with our two dogs. From when I booked, Darren was responsive and very communicative. Clear instructions about CDG airport and how to get to him from arrivals. Day of, all went very smoothly. Travel to Calais was a dream. Stops for the dogs (and the human!) along the way. Great to have an experienced transporter guide us through the pet reception center before we got on the train. Darren is a lovely bloke and I really enjoyed chatting to him. The dogs loved him and his experience in dog training was an added bonus!
Got to our destination in the UK around dinner time. Everybody in great shape despite the jet lag.

Can't recommend Darren and Victoria enough, exceptional 5 star service from Gibraltar to Durham, communication before during and after was flawless, with 5 pets to relocate they made sure everyone was comfortable. We were well looked after and catered for from hotels to rest breaks, Thank you Darren and Victoria for an amazing service.
