What an amazing service, we moved from London to Norfolk, unfortunately we gave the wrong key to our new home, the driver was so understanding while we rang round looking for someone to stay with them while we stopped out packing and drove up, when we arrive hours later our friend told us he has stayed until he arrived, fed and watered them and put them in the shade for us.

We were lucky enough to have Darren relocate our Black Labrador "George" and my family all the way from Chulmleigh in North Devon to Oviedo in Northern Spain. The whole trip was very well planned by Darren and we stopped over twice in some great hotels which made the whole relocation feel like an adventure as opposed to a chore that we just had to do. For the journey, we benefited from being in a well equipped Mercedes Transporter which had plenty of space for us, George and our luggage.Darren also drove very well and was always anticipating some of the challenges created by other drivers on this long road trip. George seemed well at ease throughout the journey and Darren's canine skills and knowledge of dogs gave us all tremendous confidence that whatever happened, we could rely on Darren to look after George

"Skilled Pet Transport Service in Europe "

Darren from Exec Pets made our trip from Paris to Birmingham and back as stress-free as possible. We are older and the thought of driving in England on the opposite side of the road (for the first time)was overwhelming.
Also we worried about taking a dog through both French and UK customs. We did run into a form issue at the UK border, our paper did not have a time or stamp from Veterinarian, and Ranier, our first driver was able to negotiate that situation in a timely manner. At that border, ability to speak French was the most important factor.

"UK to Alicante"

I was nervous about travelling from the UK to Alicante with our 15 year old cat – I had no need to fret as the journey was seamless. Our cat was comfortable and not stressed at all – in fact she took to her journey and overnight stays in hotels with aplomb. Everything you could imagine was taken care of – from Channel Tunnel crossing, all tolls, fuel, pet check-in and hotel bookings.

Darren drove us through some pretty hair raising weather conditions with ease.

It may seem that the costs involved are high but when you take into account what’s involved i.e. tunnel crossings, tolls, fuel and insurance and man hours – it all makes sense and well worth every penny.

The drivers are qualified, professional and insured. And taking some extra luggage was an added bonus. The car was roomy and comfortable.
