Once I realised that due to Covid we would not be able to fly to Australia, I called and was told I could have a full refund and to allow 6-8 weeks! I accepted this under the circumstances. I had a call a week later and was told the refund would be 7-10 days! 3 days later the money was back in my account. I declined a credit note as unsure when we would be able to get the time off. We are hoping to go again hopefully next year and I would definitely book through them again.

It was very difficult to get reimbursement for my flight that was cancelled due to Covid. They pushed for a credit note instead and it was SEVERAL MONTHS until I finally got them to confirm they had just APPLIED for the reimbursement, even though the airline itself had already confirmed all passengers for that flight were entitled reimbursement. Customer care was terrible at all times.

I have given Flysharp 5 stars, I never managed to take my flight to China due to the pandemic. Their customer service was good and responded to all my emails there may have been a delay at times however this was understandable due to the amount they must have received due to all the flights been cancelled and people wanting a refund. It took a while for my refund to come through however I did get it. I hope to be able to fly to China next year and I will certainly look at Flysharp again. Their price was the best and flying times were good and I would have flown Virgin Atlantic. Overall they kept me in the loop at all times.

Worse company! Their customer service is so poor and advisors are extremely rude. When our flights were cancelled due to Covid 19, Flysharp told us that we must pay for the cancellation per ticket to get a refund! I would understand if we chose to cancel the flights but we didn't. Would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs! I would rather pay extra money and go through the actual airline.

I got a reasonable price for a return ticket to my hometown. My booking journey was okay. The reason why I am not rating their service highly is that I had to cancel my reservation due to C-19 pandemic. I was to get some refund which they were not keen to give on time. My promised period was 6 weeks and I got my refund after more than 6 months. The worse was that CS never came back to assure me that my request is being processed. I had to chase again and again. Eventually, I got my refund which was nice of them.

Fly Sharp have been superb, from making a booking, in October 2019, for a return journey from LHR to Singapore in September 2020 to processing the cancellation due to COVID-19.

All emails were handled in a professional manner and a full refund was issued to me without any hassle or drama, unlike another travel agent I dealt with who booked my wife's return ticket - we had different itineraries and departure dates, so used different travel agents to make the bookings. Perhaps we should have used Fly Sharp to make both bookings.

To this end, Fly Sharp comes highly recommended.
