The Worst company and customer service ever come across. Tom one of customer services shouted at me and never listen what I tried to say.
What ever you want to do they will charge you more money. Don't go or buy any flight ticket or holidays from this company you will regret it.
And I never get credit note or anything at all as promised..
Beware this scam company and rude people.

My flight was cancelled on the 11th of March due Covid-19 nearly 2months now, I was promised I will get my refund in 4-6weeks, spoke with them today they Charged me 10% admin fee for my refund, which I will be getting in 2-4 weeks, please avoid these guys moral, I was threaten if I don’t pay 10% I won’t be getting my refund... stay away from this scammers... let’s see when I get my 90% now....

"Wont refund me for the flight i booked…"
Wont refund me for flights booked to Nairobi which are now cancelled due to COVID-19. Took several weeks to get through to FlySharp. Unprofessional customer service when I did get through. Owed £496.71. SCAM AIRLINE- DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Booked flights to Australia for Easter. Obviously cannot travel.
Coms were good and they asked for few weeks to deal with it and contact airline. I left it a while and called them on Monday morning, they said would refund and would take 3 days.
Refunded back to my credit card sometime yesterday (Thursday).

Had my flight cancel on me by kuwait airlines about a month before departure. Fly sharp said a refund would take 6-8 weeks. Got my money after 7 weeks. Cannot fault them but they can be abit difficult to understand at times.

Worst customer service by Mirvaan. Not professional at all, don't even know how to talk to the customer. Never ever will book through flysharp. I just hope I will get my refund.

I was stuck in Thailand and had my return flight cancelled. I could not contact Flysharp as permanently engaged. Ended up buying my own ticket home and still out of pocket. On return to the UK I still could not contact them as they were not answering their phones or email.
They also say they are members of ABTA and IATA, on checking they are not.

Fly sharp, I find it very interesting that you are taking the time to respond to reviews on here, however I have had no correspondence from you whatsoever regarding my refund..? And I booked in early Feb for a March departure! if you’re contacting people one at a time, I think you have hop, skipped and jumped over my booking...? Get your communication and priorities straight please.

One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. First, when I needed to change my March flight, they charged me £100 plus even though the airline was offering free flight changes - they told me it was a cost of the difference in the fair price but when I got the invoice it was for an admin fee - clear lack of integrity on their part and I also checked the flight prices which were not £100 more expensive.
They would only allow my flight to be moved to May, which has now been canceled. I called for a full refund and they tried to charge me £75 for a flight canceled by the airline. The agent tried to say it was because of the airlines policy because the return flight was still happening. So I called the airline to check this out and of course, that was not the case and that I'm entitled to a full refund even if my flight still comes back and the £75 charge is Flysharp's policy. Read all the T&C's and nowhere does it state I should pay a fee if canceled by them. I called back again and they changed their story saying the charge is because the airline hasn't issued the refund yet and if I wanted the full refund I'd have to wait until the airline gives them back the money. Basically I have to call again and hope by chance they've received the money before I can get my refund - ridiculous. Lesson learned as I will never book through any agency ever again, only direct with the airline, no matter how much more the cost.
