References are very detailed and Matthew Glover was very helpful and easy to talk to. We had initial teething issues of which Matthew responded straight away and put our minds at rest. Matthew at Rent4Sure has been great, he has explained the referencing process, Keeps in touch to make sure everything is running smoothly. The referencing staff are also very good if they have any information they think you should be made aware of. All round good service. Our initial reservation of moving from another referencing firm to Rent4Sure were quickly changed.
