"Good experience"

Rent4Sure were employed by my new landlord's agents to conduct referencing, which it seems they were able to do quickly and efficiently. They do ask for a lot of information, but if I were a landlord, I would want to be sure the risk of fraud was low. I had asked to be contacted about the broadband package, and was called today about it. Chris was really helpful and was honest about what sort of package would be best for me. The service makes it really easy to get set up, and now I can spend my time worrying about other things ahead of the move!

I dealt with an advisor called Chris Wesson who was extremely helpful and friendly and made the process so easy for me. He was very good at providing all relevant information and always called me back on time. I would definitely recommend!!

So far I have had a good experience with Rent4Sure, every person that I have spoken to especially Mitchell have been kind - except for one person who was quite blunt with me when I was asking him a simple question, I though maybe he was just having a bad day. Having read the comments (allot of them!) I must say it doesn't make the company look very good, and yes they do ask allot of questions and ask you to send in 6 months worth of bank statements/ payslips, but it is all for a good cause I guess to ensure you are able to afford the property, and o give reassurance to the Landlord.

I personally hope they have improved from all the comments etc. as that is what comments and feedback is supposed to do for a company / help them to do and be better.

I am currently waiting on a decision from the estate agency, looking forward to moving in by my proposed move in date :).

Excellent customer service from Rob today, I only opted in for the broadband info last night and received a phone call this morning only to have it all set up by the end of it. Good broadband deal, was told everything I needed to know, and is now arranged to be set up as soon as I move in which is one less thing to worry about! Thanks Rob!

Rent 4sure are incredibly intrusive and very unrprofessional in the way they conduct their business.

I sent out details of 4 referees for references
They got back to me days later to say they had heard nothing back

This was preposterous - I had actually seen an email sent to them from one of the references

It also turns out that they hadn't even contacted one of the other referees

I made a complaint and this fell on deaf ears and then they continued to harangue my referees sending them emails tagged 'URGENT' creating a problem between my and my employees who have more important things to think about
