Both me and my partner went through the online form. Easy. But. Still received a call from them asking me to buy insurance even though I specifically specified not to be called regarding selling me stuff! I suggest your teams read that before calling!

Chris Wesson selected wrong package not matching what he sand in email as soon as the contract was sign and confirmation received in email its not there problem !! and they are not able to do anything. Took me 4 45 minutes each !!! phone cals to virgin to sort things out !!!

I spoke to a young gentleman named Christopher, who was very attentive and understanding of my needs. He took the time to carefully go through the options available to me, and allowed me time to select the package best suited to me. He was also very good at delivering the terms and conditions to me, and was quick to answer all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. Overall an excellent service. If only all salespeople could be as good as Christopher!
