I attempted to purchase two different items. The website let me purchase them. A few days later I received an email telling me that Taylor had to reach out to the manufacturer. Once they finally did that, I was told that the item was discontinued. Why do they let you complete a transaction online if the item is discontinued. The second item would not ship for 4 weeks. I bought the same item on another website and had it delivered in 3 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I searched for some crystal Baldwin cabinet hardware and they came up. I ordered the items and paid for them, but 3 weeks later they notify me the items are discontinued, this was after the site says in stock. Once I told them they should take it off their website they removed it immediately.

They sent me damaged merchandise that was unusable. On July 29th I sent them a photo of the merchandise, but they have not responded. I most emphatically do NOT recommend this company.
