The way I was treated by Tony at head office was fantastic, and he helped me through every step of the sale with respect, politeness and professionalism.
At no time during our numerous conversations did I feel that he was not being genuine, and his offer was not in the expressions of my old motor trading days "cowardly"
Finally the car collection gentleman named Donatas was not a tyre kicker or a haggler but a super guy whom I could tell knew what he was talking about.
He checked the car and the money was in my bank account within in ten minutes.
