Så er der b***hit for alle pengene, når der i kontrakten står force majeure, men i følge Planday kun gælder for dem.

Havde desværre lige betalt for et nyt kvartal, og ønskede vores penge retur.

Her er deres svar til mig, efter vi har opsagt kontrakten grundet påbudt lukning af staten.

Jeg beklager virkelig det sene svar, men vi har desværre meget travlt i øjeblikket.
Jeg har i mellemtiden undersøgt nærmere, om du kan anvende COVID-19 som force majeure. Jeg har i den forbindelse været i kontakt med min manager, vores finansdirektør, og fået følgende svar:
"force majeure applies to us if the customer has been forced into shutdown due to government regulations. That will be the only way Covid-19 will apply."
Dette betyder, at force majeure desværre ikke kan anvendes i jeres tilfælde. I er bundet til jeres kontrakt indtil kontraktens udløb, dvs. til og med den 30. juni 2020.
Jeres abonnement er lukket og I vil ikke modtage yderligerer fakturaer fra os.
Du må have en rigtig god dag."

Og nej, det er ikke en god dag.
Hold jer fra Planday. Alt virker kun til deres fordel.

"Confidentiality issues"

How does this app not break confidentiality?
When I use the app to check my rota or messages. I can also see
which staff are at work, who's getting and doing overtime. Which staff are off sick or work for other things like family emergencies etc.
When i used to check the rota file to find my shifts before. I was only allowed to write down my shifts. I could not photocopy the full sheet and take it home with me, as I would be breaking confidentiality. So how is this OK?
Some of the information should be kept private from the rest of the workforce. At the moment, all staff are aware and can see on their Plandays. What time you arrive and leave, where you are at work, what shift and if or not you are actually at work.
I don't mind Planday for the management to keep track of timekeeping and the shift rotas. Just not everyone seeing each others business at work.
