"From the outset I found House Revolution staff to be far more down to earth than other estate agents and far less 'sales-y'! As a result I already liked them more, but they were efficient at doing all my viewings, and were always available on the phone and up to date with anything going on with my property such as feedback and viewings. My sale took quite some time due to the complications of leasehold and there being three parties, and the staff all helped keep me sane and take the stress of chasing solicitors upon themselves, taking the time to call around to find out what was going on. I'd definitely use them again and after trying quite a few estate agents before that to sell my property, I feel House Revolution were good value for money in comparison

"Very impressed"

We are not keen on 'estate agents' (sorry!) so we were looking for a human approach to selling and found it. The team were at the end of the phone (and in their new posh offices on Unthank) and proved, time and again, when the pressure was on that they were professional. I am sure anyone could have sold our property; but getting it to completion in 13working days (including 2 surveys...) I am no so sure. The fees were obviously great as well (about half the amount of the usual suspects). Also to note, our buyers were happy with the service as well, which made discussions and the process so much easier.

Staff extremely polite and helpful from the moment they surveyed my house and throughout the time leading to completion. Offered options in regards to selling belongings and even offered to take the seller over to negotiate these sales. Never once did I make a call to them which was put on hold or the person couldn't help with my queries? Will be using there services again when I buy my next property in 2015.
