Dr. MARTY charges TOP DOLLAR for his products. He really cares for your pet...not so much. For the price we pay it should be delivered in 3 days, mine is taking over a week +. Oh yes he loves spending our money...not his.

Terrible return policy!! I received an order that I DID NOT ORDER and was charged for - Twice!! I was willing to return but found out (I guess it was in the small print somewhere on their website) that no matter what the issue, I had to pay for return shipping. Most companies, if it was their mistake, will cover return shipping. They REALLY should change the return policy.
Also, when I placed first order for kibbles, I was shocked at how small the bag was for the price. Did not reorder.

I put some on top of my dogs normal food and he did it it at first. Along with his food. But after a couple of weeks he stopped eating as much and some days not at all. Be warned because I never saw the size of the bag mentioned on their website. I got 3 1 pound bags for $90. Which was supposed to be like a discount. Now I'm down to the last bag already and cancelled my membership. I filled out the return form and found out I have to pay for return shipping. That's not right because it's supposed to be 100% money back guarantee. But now I. Have to pay return shipping and make sure to get a signature and tracking info.This dogfood is a waste of time and money. It doesn't even absorb water like they say it does.

I have been adopting resuce felines for many years. Its seriously important to feed safe food!!! My cat Cody suffered and died after eating Rachel Ray's food. It destroyed his kidneys fast and painful. I'll not forget that too much vitamin D kills. I believe that Purina pro plan wet Cat food is killing my cats. Pancreatitis, coughing, hacking, vomiting. Dr. Marty's freeze dried raw Cat food is the only food I trust now. No ingredients are sourced from China. Thank you for saving my family

"Lousy Choice of Dog Food"

first off you would need a magnifying glass to read the weight of the bag (literally). I didn't realize it was only 1 lb bag and at $40.00? Are you kidding me? My dog better be able to be my Designated Driver at that price.
My Corgi ate the first helping only after I mixed Beef Gravy with it. The last 2 days she wouldn't touch it with or without the gravy. I gave to my neighbor with same results.

My cats literally wait... and when I say hey guys it's here, they race! I put them on the table top to get a good picture. They are already waiting up there for me anyway l o l !

I have 4 cats and 1 prefers wet food, 2 prefer dry and 1 will eat anything. It’s been about 10 days and all 4 enjoy Dr Marty’s cat food. Wet, dry from the bag or crumbled up they all are enjoying mealtimes! They also are not constantly asking for food or freak if their dish is empty. Litter box is also seeing results with their poo. So overall success in our household! Thank you Dr Marty!

"Way too expensive $$$"

My complaint is one of cost of the product. It’s too expensive. Their answer to that as you could see below is that “it is not for everyone.” Buy this, they mean only people that could afford it. Which I think is a shame because we all should be able to afford good food for our dogs. It shouldn’t be out of reach financially for middle-class income. However, this product is out of reach financially for middle-class income. I have been feeding my dog, Dr. Marty dog food for a year now with no results. I got the sensitive formula and it was very expensive $100 a month. They have another product that addresses a dog itchy skin, however I would have to buy the supplement which is $42 a month. It seems like gouging to me for desperate pet owners. I think I’m going switch dog food because I don’t notice a difference and I think a lot of money is just going out the window. They have a money back guarantee, but it still doesn’t resolve the issue that it’s too expensive and cost prohibited for most middle income families
