I've been using Dr. Marty's products for about 2 years. My dogs are in great shape and love the food. They always eat everything served to them. I've never had a problem with my orders or with shipping. No complaints at all and love the food and the results for my dogs.

"This is sad to say"
This is sad to say, Dr Martys has the most horrible customer service. They, take away our access to your account, and then add accounts that are not yours when you have never lived an address that they claim you ordered from. When you complain to the BBB, you get some person you can not even speak with to get a resolution. The food is good, the headaches not worth it.

"beware oh their special offers"
i find the companies special holiday pricing and incentives to be very misleading as they are not clear it feels to me a bait and switch first called before ordering to clarify offer and never got return call received my shipment and called again about the advertised special was initially told would be shipped separate i asked when and was told my order did not qualify. requested a return was told i would need to pay shipping in summary have used the product for over a year and this has not been the first time their pricing was not clear why should it be a challenge for a company with
high ratings for quality have to use deceptive pricing

"Dr Marty has two recipes"
Dr Marty has two recipes, if you call a rep they will deny it, but I have been getting Dr Marty for 3 years, and it was exceptional and my dog did very well with recipe 1, then suddenly and intermittently I received the “other” recipe - that is porous, chalky, and it bubbles like soap when I add the water. I am super bummed and must look for an alternative. I still get Dr Marty’s salmon bites, they are awesome.

"The food is great but the communication…"
The food is great but the communication not so much. The final straw for me was that the food was shipped to the wrong address, after I had specifically gone over with the customer service rep of the change, of the new address and of the new shipping time.
In the past, I have been charged for an order I did not receive which was rectified, problems with orders being delayed and on & on.I have stuck with this company because I love the food, but because it comes in small bags, I go through these quickly and end up trying to get the right amount of product shipped in time and it just feels like every time I think things are in order, something else happens.
I have not delt with this with other companies and am just totally frustrated.

Dr.Marty's rep, KAT, responded . A promise was made that to show that the company cared about the welfare of pets a group would go over my case concerning dangerous pollution of Dr. Marty dog food. I have still never received a follow up, and Dr.Marty has not warned its buyers of their being a chance of foreign, sharp material being ingested by pets. I am astounded by how negligent they have been and uncaring about the possibility of harming peoples' pets.

"4 in 1 chews are excellent"
Mr. Marty’s 4 in 1 chews have helped my 3 year old tziZu lose the tartar buildup on her back teeth. They’re not cheap, but the cost of dental cleaning is also very expensive and a small dog under anesthesia is a bit scary. So I guess do the math. We have an 8;year old domestic bred fox that has good teeth but badly stained. We will start her on a third of a stick per day to be sure it doesn’t affect her digestion. There’s no grain, so I don’t anticipate it, (fox cannot digest grain):but we need to watch the potato starch. Bottom line, I can’t afford the food but my dog or my fox won’t allow anyone into their mouths without a battle. Have you ever tried to brush a fox’s teeth? Not a good plan

"My Dogs love it"
My Dogs love it! They get excited when I serve Dr Marty's food to them and they both have more energy and better digestion. I just wish the food price was more affordable.

"My Boy wasn't eating"
My Boy wasn't eating, I am already feeding him a holistic kibble from a local pet store. I wanted something made with natural ingredients, with all my research and talking to people Raw was the best choice. Using it as a topper with a small Mount of water he now eats as soon as I put it down. Better stool and he seems happier. Thank you so much for caring as you do.

"My little Frenchie was not eating his…"
My little Frenchie was not eating his food. He would eat it only when he was starving, he would just pick most of the time. Now I put his Dr. Marty’s food in the bowl and he finishes within minutes. Thank you from one healthy and Happy Frenchie, Louie.
