"No call back despite 3 promises"

Having given details of my motorhome on Saturday I did receive a call on Monday when I was unavailable. I’ve contacted them three time since been asked to send photos again and on each occasion promised a call back by both Andy and Mike. Neither have called back despite Mike saying he won’t let me down. I believe they can’t cope with the number of requests. Still no offer / valuation after 5 days. Adam called me and explained their ‘technical problem’ which is now sorted.

Was picked up promptly by John, very polite, followed covid protocol. Even our chihuahua liked him, which is very rare for him to allow strangers into our home.
