"Citation's entrapment!"

I have been trapped in this roll over contract with Citation.
As a very small nursery business, I have rarely needed the company's services and yet my monthly DD is £317.13!
I attempted to cancel the contract but missed the 6 month prior to contract ending period!
This 'notice by 6 months prior to contract ending' is yet another form of entrapment!
This is such an unjust contract and considering that I am not the only person making these complaints, Citation should reconsider their terms and conditions rather than continuing to ignore and punish their clients.
I am extremely frustrated to have missed the ridiculously long notice period set in the unclear contract and now I am sentenced for another four years!

They volunteered very useful information and provided assistance in resolving some issues identified during the audit. This was delivered in a practical manner that will no doubt help in improving our systems.

I had a Teams meeting with Tom Beckett on Wednesday 19th Feb. With having the meeting via Teams Tom was able to explain everything to me in more detail as well as showing me. I must admit his patience with me was outstanding because I do struggle with change and technology.

We have recently joined Citation for Health & Safety & HR Atlas services. We have been delighted with the service we have received to date. From the initial consultation through to the training of the Atlas system, Tom Beckett and the rest of the team have been a great help. Looking forward to working with Citation over the coming years. Would highly recommend.

Shane carried out our Fire Risk assessment yesterday and was great - friendly, knowledgeable, explained jargon in an easy to understand way....He followed up the appointment by sending through all useful documents as promised.

I have scored this company with a one star because it is not possible to score zero.
our business has had the misfortune of originally having the HR and H & S services but we terminated the H & S services in 2024 because of the atrocious way they run this service. Basically they undertake Fire Risk Assessments and try to score you as low as possible as they miraculously then offer their services to put in place what you already have. The HR services have proven to be even more disappointing as we have an on-going HR issue that we have needed their support to help us navigate through but getting in touch with them proves to be almost impossible. I have e-mailed their Employment Law Team Manager twice but she has not had the courtesy of even getting back to me. Our business is definitely leaving as I feel we have been badly let down especially with their extended HR service where we were supposed to be allocated a Case Manager at an additional cost of £1,400. I do not think it is unplanned that you pay for this supposed service upfront as there is no way in my opinion anyone would pay for this disgusting service. Please avoid this company at all costs as I am sure they willl disappoint you as they have disappointed our business.
