We have been a customer of Citation for many years now and always find the service exceptional. After purchasing the business I have worked in for the last 12 years earlier this year I had my first H&S visit being in charge. Shane Stevenson was the Consultant that visited us today and was brilliant. He was very informative when I had questions on things I am very new to and was happy to help us where ever we need it! "ISO9001 beware your signing up for 10 years. "

I thought I was signing up for iso9001 then all I had to do is pay for an annual audit but after 3 years decided we couldn’t continue with it and then realised in the small print we had signed up for 10 years. So be very aware of what you are committing to.
