Concise and clear instruction from Marie today.
We carried out full training for the Atlas system and it seems well laid out and relatively straightforward to use. Looking forward to populating the information.

What can I say from the day we started , they never get back to you,always different person every time , had to complain about each person giving us different advise all the time , long winded HR advise hard to follow videos for training , please if you’re contract has run out read the small print very very carefully 😳

Citation have provided a great service for us for the past 5 years.
We met a new memeber of the Citation team today Christian Warden and he provided a professional review and some great advice on areas we could improve in.

Chris was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, and showed me some useful tools on the Citation portal that I hadn't been using, even provided some quick training....

So disappointed in this company as they have not provided the service they promised. They don't send updates; they don't update your H&S policy unless you remind them each year and they have a response to everything if you complain. Total lack of support, no emails apart from a VAT schedule and an email asking us to recommend them to other companies praising their wonderful service. As if! There is no service.
So, what exactly are we all paying for? Basically, someone to visit you to make sure the H&S notice is on the wall.
There are plenty of H&S advisers out there at a third of the cost.
If you do complain, be aware that you won’t win. standard scripted response. “You are tied into a contract!”
Our loss, their gain but I will never recommend them. Be aware you will be trapped and just like the song... "You can sign in (up) any time you like but you can never leave!"
I could go on.. just AVOID

Shane did a health and safety audit, he was very helpful
and gave a lot of good advice. He also sent various documents for me to apply to the company files.

I have recently just completed our annual Health safety visit with David Harber, He made the whole process and experience easy to manage and relaxed, he was very friendly and informative and provided us with some great feedback and tips we can use going forward.
