Bought a Rocco balanced flue gas fire - the facsia looks like it has been made by a teenager in metalwork at school. The folded edges are not welded and filed, just folded together and are razor sharp - the installer even cut his hand fitting it. In this day and age you can't supply items that are at child head height that are that sharp. Trying to get through on the phone - just hanging on and on.

Awful customer services, on hold this morning endlessly looking for spare parts. The phone robot gives no feedback as to where you are, nobody ever picks up the phone....goodbye BFM Europe forever.

Bfm in my 50years I have never come across a p*as poor company, we brought a fire from them via a shop in bulwell Nottingham, on inspection we found the fire had cosmactic damage. We emailed the company 3 times not once have they replied, nice fires but s*it after sales service, stay well clear if you ask me

Having bought a Global Fires gas fire two years ago it now has a problem - seemingly not fixable by the original installer.
Having phoned and emailed, I've found their after-sales customer care is virtually non-existent.
It’s impossible to book an engineer visit - they just don't seem interested.
Escalating with the service department makes no difference.
Will not be buying a product from them again unless this rating gets things moving.

Problem in getting the company to honour a warranty on one of their gas fires.
