Product arrived damaged. Despite sending an email on 25/12 to request prepaid return label and a replacement of the item, no reply has been received and we're now 04/01. I have tried several times to contact via telephone but there is no answer.

Prodotto sopra la media, altissima qualità. Non so 5 stelle per il prezzo piuttosto alto. possedendo almeno altre 5 valigie similari, di altra marca, devo sostenere che la differenza di costo con la concorrenza non e’ totalmente giustificata. Negli ultimi anni sono usciti altri prodotti il cui rapporto prezzo prestazioni e’ migliore. Queste rimangono per me le migliori per materiale di estremo valore, altrimenti si può optare per qualcosa di più economico.
