Recently I have purchased the 2550W case with a second skin lining. I have made this choice because of the high rating of products and service.
Unfortunately during my last trip there have been a few dividers that got lost.
In my contact with their service team I have requested instructions to purchase a set of new dividers.
I am amazed to write that they instructed me to purchase a complete new second skin lining (100€+!!!) for my 2550W case.
Zero service and zero sustainability .
They want me to buy something I am throwing in the trash for the most part to acquire a few new dividers. This company service is a joke and they don’t care at all about their customers.

You have offered me the complete second skin kit for a 40% discount on your website. That totals on 60€ for a few dividers and the rest of the skin kit goes in the trash. Amazing solution HPRC! Bravo!

"Camera insert"
I ordered an insert for a camera case. It arrived quickly and is very good quality. My only negatives would be the lack of a UK distributor causing extra cost in import taxes, and I do think the product is highly priced in the first place. It will protect my gear well overall though.

"I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered"
I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered by DHL. They’ve had it at the local distribution centre since Friday (Tuesday today), I payed the import fees Friday afternoon. There’s been no updates, and nobody to contact, their “help assistance”, is a machine and so that was a joke. No indication of what time it will arrive today. I’m sure the case will be great when it arrives. HPRC were super-fast in dispatching, DHL let you down.
