From start to finish Mitchell and Dickinson provided a great service, making me feel like an individual and the end result is fantastic.
We live in a grade 2 listed property and had secondary glazing installed in a number of the original windows. Once we had decided to go with them they sent somebody to the property to do the final measurements. One thing that quickly became clear is they have a real passion for restoring period property's and that you get a very individual approach/service. We discussed options for each window and discussed the pros and cons of each.
When the work was completed Keith and Robin were on site for a week and they were a pleasure to have around. Very polite, happy to answer any questions and very passionate about their job. We are really happy with the work that's been completed. The quality of the work by Keith and Robin is excellent and final finished product is almost invisible, has made a noticeable reduction to noise and increase in warmth. We would certainly look to use them again in the future if the need arises and I wont hesitate to recommend them, hence the review.

Mitchell & Dickinson have just completed installing secondary glazing to our Grade 2 listed village hall and it was a very impressive service from the first consultation to the finish. There was a few months gap whilst we secured the funding but that was not a problem. Helen in the office was very helpful and prompt with replies to my emails. Kyle and his team doing the installation were professional and courteous at all times. They covered the furniture to protect it and were very tidy in their work. I was shown how to remove the panes for cleaning in the future and given the tool to grip the pane on removal. I chose this firm for the experience with listed buildings and was glad that I did. I highly recommend this company.

Mitchell & Dickinson recently assisted with installing secondary glazing, draught proofing and loft insulation at our Grade II listed home. I chose Mitchell & Dickinson on the basis that they had expertise with listed buildings and demonstrated an environmental and sustainability consideration with their products.

I have been impressed with the work carried out and immediately have had to turn our heating down due to the improved heat retention.

Brett and his team were polite and tidy and kept me updated with progress when required. I especially appreciate the debrief on how to service the secondary glazing going forward - this shows a degree of customer service which is easily overlooked.

The team went out of their way to attend the property (which was outside their immediate vicinity) and all members of staff were consistently courteous and helpful.

I strongly recommend Mitchell & Dickinson if you want top of the range products and would definitely use them again.

Mitchell & Dickinson have just completed some work at one of our tenancies. This was in a Grade II* listed building. We were very impressed by the quality of their work and the courtesy and consideration of their skilled craftsmen. We have recommend them to our architect as we start planning a development on our Grade 1 eleventh century building.
The trustees and tenants were delighted with the care and skill shown.

I have been impressed by every aspect of the service - initial discussion, quotation, survey, installation - and I was consulted every step of the way. All the personnel I dealt with were courteous, patient and utterly professional. The product is barely visible in situ, which is exactly what I wanted, and I am already benefitting from a lack of draughts. I now feel much more confident about facing the winter here.

The team was friendly and polite, and cleaned up well at the end of each day. The work carried out for us included a sash renovation, draught proofing doors and windows, renovation of an old double front door, and some secondary glazing, all in a listed building. It was all done with great care and attention to detail. The renovation of the front door took a lot longer than anticipated, and so extra time compared to that expected was needed, but the quote was very clear and nothing was added to it. And the end result of it all looks great. Looking forward to a more comfortable home and the heating bills coming down next winter!
