I contacted Trust Deed Scotland and spoke with Jason who was very kind and understanding about my situation. With cost of living increases and lack of extra shifts at my work I was struggling to meet payments, I have worked extra shifts all year to just scrape by with payments and like most people my wage only covers my bills and rent. Any additional expenses ie kids clubs, treats, holidays are becoming harder and harder to do and with the news that extra shifts were being pulled before Christmas due to budget cuts I felt I had no other choice! Jason was completely understanding, there was no judgement or stigma! He was very helpful and patient and the whole experience was far less stressful and depressing than I thought it would be! I am so relieved that its been sorted out so quickly and efficiently! Thankyou

I felt embarrassed and depressed and kept putting off sorting out my money problems but in the end knew I had to make a decision. Tommy was great for advice, and very knowledgeable. Still a while to go before I’m debt free, but taking that first step thanks to Tommy has lifted a weight off my shoulders. Wish I had done it sooner! Thanks for all your help.

I initially contacted TDS to get advice due to my recent business closure which left me with a large amount of personal debt. At the time I was being aggressively chased by creditors and having sleepless nights especially the thought of losing my house. TDS put measures in place to give me breathing space straight away from my creditors and over the last couple weeks worked with me to get a solution in place.
