Both people I spoke to on the phone were so helpful and friendly, one called Stephanie and I can't remember the other girls name sorry. She replied to emails fast and just made my whole enquiry process super easy. I've never had any issues to be fair with the staff since starting this trust deed process 3 years ago. Made everything to simple and made me feel at ease.
