Throughout my initial conversation and dealings with Trust Deed Scotland I dealt with Peter Gemmell and truly can say I've never felt so understood and respected. Peter talked me through every single aspect of the process and always had time for any of my messages and phone calls. He made the process so easy. Debt is never an easy thing to speak about or to deal with but he made me realise how much of an amazing thing what I was doing was. You don't get people like this very often who seem to truly care about their job and the people they work with. I could go on and on, but I truly truly would recommend them.

I first thought of it months ago but gaveup. When thing got worse I decided to give it a go. I wish I had done this earlier. Sharon really been very patient and helpful. I was very much hesitant but sharon made sure she asked all the right questions, covered everything. And made sure I get to know all my options and choose the one that suits me best. Unlike others Sharon was not trying to sell me one product or service, but gave me pro's and con's of every option clearly and made me choose the right option.

I urge you to pick up the phone and sort your debt out. From the minute I picked up the phone I could feel the weight lift from my shoulders. I can feel the joy returning to my life, my health is getting better. I was drowning before. I was trying to get myself out of debt but the repayments didn’t leave me enough to get by so I would end up borrowing more just to eat.

I want to say a massive thanks to Val! It is very overwhelming but Val held my hand through the whole process. She explained things in a very non judgmental, understanding manner. I am very much a visual person so she made sure to repeat things until I fully understood.
